HFM Error "The system is unable to initialize the POV bar"

Hi,

We have 1 user who is getting error "The system is unable to initialize the POV bar" when opening any HFM data form in Workspace. If the user clicks ok on the error he can then see the form, but the next time he opens a form the error comes back.

We have checked the user provisioning and it's fine.

No other users are getting this error and if we log in as another user on the affected users pc Workspace we don't get the error.

If we create a new Native user with the same provisioning this also works. So there is something wrong with this particular users 'AD' account but we cannot figure out what.

We have tried removing and re-creating the provisioning but this did not resolve the issue.

There's nothing obvious in the log files.

Any ideas?
