We are running HFM 4.0.1. Within the Documents section, there were several folders our consultants created that are empty (and never eventually used). Most of these empty folders I deleted. However, there are 3 or 4 folders I am unable to delete (and there is NOTHING in them). From the 'Manage Documents' area, I select the Data Grids, Data Entry Forms, or Workspaces tab, I can see the folder I want to delete, but when I put a check next to the empty folder then click the delete button, I get a message that the "Requested Document Does Not Exist". It's almost like it's a phantom folder. I can see it, but the system thinks it's not there? Very Strange. The bad thing is, when these folders were created by the consultant, the folders show up under Workspaces, Data Forms, Data Grids, Related Content, Custom Documents. It's making our folder structure messy. Any thoughts on this?
