Just working on loading data from eBusiness R12 into HFM and am trying to fully understand the signage on account types.
In EBS we have the following as defualt:
Revenue = Negative
Expense = Positive
Asset = Positive
Liability = Negative
However in hyperion I think we have the following expected
Revenue = Positive
Expense = Negative
Asset = Negative
Liability = Positive
Is that correct?
I'm just working on how the plug accounts should work as currently they are doubling instead of clearing.
eg we have an asset of 100 and liability of -100
The plug is doing 100 - (-100) = 200 instead of clearing.
