HFM data load/Scan throwing this: Error: No such member

Background:

I have 11.1.2.3 HFM application that has this dimesion that is share from EPMA. When I try to load/scan data I get this error below:

Scan data started: 3/25/2015 10:06:02.

Line: 1, Error: No such member

ACTUAL;2013;Jan;YTD;100;USD;56103;[ICP None];LOC;[None];[None];PXX_00010;[None];[None];325.67

Problem:

The member actually exists in the application. I did an adhoc in smartview and I am able to submit data into it. It seems that there is something not setup in workspace about this that I can't figure out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
