I am trying to understand the system performance impact for HFM data extract to a flat file vs Smartview? We have some users using huge Excel files which sometimes make HFM response slow. I am wondering if using data extract instead Smartview will help, in other word, if data extract to a flat file has less system impact compared to Smartview pulling data from HFM.
Did not find any Oracle document on this.
