HFM Currency translation issue

We have a HFM application where we recently started seeing this issue. When user selects a data grid and clicks "Translate/Force Translate" it does not translate the data from one currency to the other. This is specific to this application itself. I have checked HSVEvent log , Interop , Event viewer but there is not error logged there.

History: We have UAT & PROD environment. The metadata changes were made in UAT and the app was able to translate fine. Metadata changes were moved to PROD server and there it did not work.

Please let me know if there any suggestions or ideas regarding this issue.
