HFM Application migration

Hello Everyone,
I have EPM 11.1.2.4 and I wanted to migrate an HFM application from DEV to TEST. LCM export of DEV is taking more than 10 hours and it did not complete and there was no data file generated. Can you please advise if there is a better way to migrate application from DEV to TEST.
