HFM application error through Windows Client

Hi all,

I'm able to open the HFM application through Workspace but i can't able to open the application thruogh Windows Client. It throws error "Could not Authenticated specified user". I checked in log file we found that "HSVEvent.log" file size is more than 2 GB. We have taken backup and cleared it and restarted the services, Eventhough we can't able to open the application through Windows Client. It shows the same error. Please Advise
