HFM 11.1.2.2 - "class not registered" when creating DB connection

Hi, gurus.
I have an EPM 11.1.2.2 environment, all in one box, with Foundation, HFM and Reporting and Analysis (FR) deployed on Windows Server 2008. I have built an HFM application and created a FR db connection to that HFM app to build reports.

I deployed a second EPM 11.1.2.2 environment, but distributed HFM services in one box AND the remaining ones on a second box. I've imported my HFM app on this second environment with no issues but now, when I attempt to create a db connection for FR to the HFM app, I get: "Error connecting to database connection <MYHFMSERVERNAME>: Class not registered".

Has anyone seen this and could provide some insight into this issue??
