Hello Everyone

I'm a newbie and have been assigned a task for which below are the details:

1. There are 4 tables in oracle database which needs to be populated regularly from mssql database.

2 . Apps guy said he will write a procedure in oracle to fetch and update those tables in oracle from sql.

3. My task is to fecilitate the connectivity between oracle and sql so that given tables in oracle can be update using the app procedure.

This seems to be possible using heteriogenious conection, Appreciate if someone can share steps or a good link which i can refer.

Golden gate is license product hence ot considering that option.
