Help with trace file

Hi, I've the following trace file and I would like to know if the events between the "PARSE #5" and the "BINDS #5" can be taken as PARSE events and I can take these events time elapsed as PARSE time.

I'm using Oracle 9.2.0.8 x64 HP-UX.
