Help with the book "Java Database Programming Bible"

Hi,

Not really sure, if this is the right forum, but here goes:

I have gotten a hold on a second-hand copy of the book "Java Database Programming Bible", but it did not have a CD, so i'm lacking the source code from the examples.

The book is no longer on the publisherd list, and the code have been removed from their website.
Does anyone have the code for the examples?
