Help with FGAC

We're in the process of migrating from Oracle 8.1.7 to 9.2.x.x. During the migration of our development server, we noticed that all our security policies seem to have broken. Everything that used to work now gives an ORA-28113.

Manually executing the predicate function and appending that onto the queries still provides the correct results.

Are there any gotchas regarding 8 -> 9 as far as row-level security are concerned??
