Help with error ora-12054

Hi all,

I got similar issue before with case Materilized View questions - Oracle Forums

I am creating a view with corresponding logs on the tables involved.

How can I test the view code for mat view? since I cannot create the mat view because the error.

Using Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0
