Help with Apex Nitro setup-Publishing

Hello all,

Can someone please help me with the publishing/advance setup on the config for Nitro?

I run in Node.js command prompt 'apex-nitro config sandbox' and I'm stuck on the Publish Files section. I have Node.js/Nitro installed and it's communicating with my demo however, i cannot publish. I don't know what to put for Host, Port, and Connection Type. SQLcl and Node.js is installed on my home computer. I read the documents on Github but it doesn't go much into detail about finishing the Publish Files section of the configuration.
