help using radio buttons

hello,

i am pretty much new to forms. i am trying to use radio buttons and take the input from radio buttons to another variable called answer in my code. but it is giving me this error. can anyone tell me what this means and what am i doing wrong. there are no compilation errors this apears only when i run my form.

FRM-30188: No initial value given, and other values are not allowed (item TAKETEST.RADIO_GROUP32).
FRM-30087: Unable to create form file C:\CBT.fmx.
