Help! Ultra2 POST failed
807557Jun 28 2008 — edited Jun 28 2008I was given an Ultra2 Creator some time ago to learn the basics of Unix though I never got round to it. Now that I have the opportunity I find the machine fails to boot properly with the message:

The IDPROM contents are invalid
Power On Self Test Failed. Cause: SysIO U1001
Can anyone offer some advice on how to restore this machine (or even if it's possible?)
