Java APIs

Hi everyone out there!, I'm about to get crazy with an application I'm developing, it's a Client-Standalone app. and has to connect to a SQLServer, I downloaded the JDBC driver from MS site and when trying to connect to the localhost ("Morpheus" it's the name of the machine) I get this Exception:
