Help running forms 12c from 12c Forms Builder locally for Developmen,

Hi,

We are upgrading from 10g forms and reports to 12c forms and reports.

In this regard, I installed 12c Forms on my Windows machine that I use to develop forms.

Since 12c uses 12c Weblogic instead of oc4j , is there a light version of 12c weblogic that I can use?

I tried installing the Oracle WebLogic Server "FMW Infrastructure 12c" (12.2.1.2) for All Platforms but it is asking me to do the RCU which I do not want to do.

Can someone help me understand how I can get the "developer" version of weblogic isntalled and run forms from 12c Forms builder?
