Help! RTC-5301 the runtime service is not available

About a month ago I created the runtime repository 9.0.4 in Oracle9.2 and I could deploy my owb projects smoothly.

Now I can not open the deployment manager. When I connect to the same runtime repository, It shows that RTC-5301 the runtime service is not available.
I am sure that I do not change any configuration.
I want to know if the runtime service has expired date.
If so,could you tell me how to deal with it?
