HELP!! Problem sending to a email with underscore

I have develop the whole email feature using JavaMail and everything working fine until 1 problem occur.There is a problem sending to a email with underscore e.g. eric_a@yahoo.com BUT there are no problem sending to email without the underscore e.g. erica@yahoo.com. Have somebody face this problem before? Can someone give solution suggestion on the problem.
