Help Please:J2RE Installation fails - "Internal Error 2755. 1624, "

I tried to install Java 2 Runtime Engine 1.4.2_02 (offline installation) on Win XP SP1.
The first attempt was unforunately interrupted because of power failure.
Now I can't install J2RE at all. After I select Typical Intallation and press "next" I get the message:
"Internal Error 2755. 1624,
http://java.sun.com/webapps/download/GetFile/1.4.2_02-b03/windows-i586/Java 2 Runtime Rnvironment, SE v1.4.2_02.msi

Could Somebody help me please?
