HELP: Ora 8.1.1.5 ORA-00600

Hi,

I'm having a problem with an Oracle server running on Novell Netware.
I'm getting an ORA-00600 internal error every half hour or so in the working hours.
The error results in that every user is thrown of the system, and must log in again. The server keeps running, it just terminates all connections to the users.
