Help needed, block size: 8k vs 16k

Hi, friends,

We are facing a decision about choosing the database block size,
either 8k or 16k.

When I had oracle installed, the default block size is 8k. I think it
the system block size is 8k. But I don't know to check the system
block size. Someonesaid we should set the block size to 16k.

So, what is the difference between 16k block size and 8k block size?

If I do How could I set the block size to 16k?

How can I know the system block size?
