Help me to write new code to read .pst files from Java

Hi All,
I'm working in Linux. I want to write a code to read .pst files using Java. Plz explain me clearly what i've to do?. Some friends says upload it thro Outlook and write a JNI code to read it from Java. If this is the case, how i can upload the .pst file thro some coding(Java in linux & windows). Plz reply me........
