Help me to ecrypt/decrypt 12 digits please!!

Hi,
I'am new to RSA java teknik but i have been working with java for two years. The thing a want to do is to ecrypt 4-12 digits an then decrypt it back with RSAPrivateKey RSAPublicKey with a siple main class.

If some one has time to give some demo or example to start,
