Help me to choose GWT (or) Script.aculo.us (or) Dojo for clientside effects

Hi All,

I am going through the Java Script frameworks to pick one for client side effects like drag and drop and other visual effects.
I found GWT is java based one which is good. And Script.aculo.us is purely java script based one.
Please suggest me the best framework for AJAX based client side effects.
