Hi everyone

Help me out

i got an offer from Teamware solutions(www.teamwaresolutions.net) Bangalore 2days back
they are saying u comes under Teamware Solutions payroll but u have to work for our client TCS
i am unable to take decision and also they are saying u will be permanent employee for Teamware Solutions

is it contractual/permanent?

pls pls suugest me for taking step
