help me on gui in tomcat and mysql
843830Jan 14 2008 — edited Jan 14 2008Hey Every body,First I'll introduce my self as a new to this language and to this forum...Anyway I want to knw how i would be able to run a java gui application (javax.swing) in the TOMCAT SERVER ,,,, actually i'm planning to execute it by simply letting the user to invoke the gui by simply clicking on a button appearing in a web page(simple web application).I tried some what but i"ve failed..My next problem is how to create java gui applications associting with the data's in a MYSQL database,,It would be grateful if someone can post a simple application on insertng a value in to a table through a gui application,,,, i'm using netbeans IDE for this.sounds would b crazy but i would believe some one would help me Pleassssse...
