Help, Live Attacks

Travis BatesJan 24 2025 — edited Jan 24 2025

Hello, email to reach me <Removed by Moderator>. For the past couple months, I have slowly been getting attacked. I run Kali Linux, and am a student for Cyber Security pursuing my Bachelor's. Well my ids kept catching some weird events. I kept refixing. Finally ran clamav and rkhunter. Found several kits, Trojans, etc. started to clean the system. They spread to my other system now. I went to war with the one bashing on them. Ended up in their shell. Now it's a bare metal system, except they still have the Kali root in it. Can't use Kali live to regain my system. I can't find Medicat. I'm in the boot files now, with a USB I just made. But they are attacking my new system. They took Kali on the binaries. Not looking good. On my new system just changed 7 adapters and 246 registries are hit. Got all my ports locked. And nothing is picking up the kits now. But we all know. If anyone has any ideas or can offer a route for me to focus on. I've cleared the disks, everything. Then they come back. I tried to install Debian to hopefully erase the files but can't get past the boot. I tried to unlock it, they stop me. So IDK, two systems, and I need them for my school. But I am a student only reason I got them now. Thank you
