Help installing Wiki.js

I have installed Wiki.js on an Canonical-Ubuntu-22.04-2023.04.19-0 instance image, according to Wiki.js's setup instructions found here…

When I try to open the page in a browser with the instance's public IP, I get no response.

I have opened port 80 and 443, and added HTTP and HTTPS protocols in the firewall.

Any ideas of what I am missing?
