Help: Installing Oracle Forms 12c on Windows 10 Home

Hello.

I have installed successfully Weblogic Server (fmw_12.2.1.1.0_wls.jar) creating a new domain and look like the server log on OK.

I installed using JDK versión: jdk1.8.0_101. I am using Windows 10 Home 64 bits.

When i try install Oracle Forms and Reports (setup_fmw_12.2.1.1.0_fr_win64), in the 3 step where i choose my Oracle home (c:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home) then i am stuck getting this error:

INST- 07548: The selected distribution does not have any compatible install type for the selected Oracle Home.

INST- 07551: I am lacking em_fmc 12.2.1.1.0)

Anyone could help me?. I am not sure if i am missing any kind of requeriments. Anyone have installed Oracle Forms 12c on Windows 10 Home?
