Help in installing Forms 6i and Form Server 6i

1.. When i install Oracle Form6i and i start my Form Builder then the "Run from Web" Utility is not working and giving Error FRM-99999. plz Help ???

2.. When i install Oracle Form Server 6i then it gives me an Error at the End of installation and will not work. Error is ..

user1.pin(20): OS_ERROR while spawning ifsrv60 -install Form60Server-Developer6i port=9000 mode=Socket batch=yes

i have Windows Xp..
Plz some help
