help imigrating data from 9i database to 10g express edition

hi all ,

i am trying to import a *.dmp file from 9i to 10g express edition

then problem is that i keep getting during import is

imp-11119
imp-11113
ora-12899

the data being imported is not english , it appears that there is a problem
with importing the data

can someone please help me plz
