HELP HTML DB failed

I got the following errors when trying to install the HTML DB

SQL*Loader: Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production on Sat Oct 25 18:10:31 2003

Copyright (c) 1982, 2002, Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

SQL*Loader-500: Unable to open file (core/english.ctl)
SQL*Loader-553: file not found
SQL*Loader-509: System error: The system cannot find the file specified.

and secondly I was not prompted for the following guestion

What is physical image dir? . it just skip this question and asked me to press return to start installation. Here is how I configured the ALIAS

Alias /i/ "C:\flows\images/". Must I create a directory called "i" or flow/Images. Please Am confused. Can someone help me out
