Hello, have a great day/night!

Does someone know how to obtain a database‑level change log (INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE with timestamp/user/SQL) for the period: 2025‑01‑01 to 2025‑06‑30 for a table

Our System: Oracle Database: 19c (Version 19.28.0.0.0)
Current log mode: ARCHIVELOG (confirmed now)
Goal: Obtain a database‑level change log (INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE with timestamp/user/SQL) for the period above

What to do if v$archived_log shows no files for the period (restore/copy from backup? supported approaches?
Any alternative methods if archived logs from that period cannot be restored (FDA/Flashback Versions), and how to verify availability quickly

What I tried:

  • Auditing checks (returned no rows for the table/time window.

Any help is apreciate, thanks very much!
