Help For TOAD Tool

Hi,

I have installed TOAD on windows 2000 professional and i need to access an oracle database that resides on remote HP-UNIX Machine.

I get error message " ORA-12514: TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor "

Help me in this issue !!!!!!
