[HELP] Error PGA memory leak detected 10340

Dear All,

I have run oracle 9i release 2 on windows 2003 server enterprise edition on my HP prolink single processor 3.37GB xeon with 2 GB memory.

My oracle database setting
db_block_size :4096
db_cache_size : 721420288
java_pool_size : 33554432
large_pool_size :150994944
share_pool_size :251658240
pga_aggregat_target : 314572800

I always have to reboot my server when the user complain that thair application hang and I always found the following error on my trace file

Error PGA memory leak detected 10340
or
ksedmp:internal or fatal error
ORA-0600 : internal error code

I run oracle db on archivelog mode.

Does anyone know what should I do to solve these problems?
any material that shoul I read?
