Help: Equivalent to DISTINCTROW in Oracle

Hello Folks,
Am trying to figure the equivalent of DISTINCTROW in oracle. i coudnt find out wat does it do in the and was in dilemma whether DISTINCTROW is Equivalent to DISTINCT or not.
