Help Converting stored data to Text/Plain

Hi,

With the UTL_TCP package I got the text of an e-mail and stores it in a table.

Once stored in the table, I need to convert it to Plain/Text, regardless of original Content-Type and thus eliminate any format, html tags...

Someone knows a function or procedure to allow this, UTL_CAST?
