Hello Word for Palm OS 5

Hi, I just got a Palm T3 and would like to experience java on Palm OS 5. I have been reading alot about the OS and how programming for PDA is different than desktop. Now I am ready to actually code something. This is where I am stuck. Can anyone give me some simple instructions(step by step ) what I need to download and code to get it started. Thanks alot
