HCM Extract: How to put payroll flow instance on the output file name and use a custom file format

Hi,

I'm making an outbound payment HCM extract and one of my requirements is to add the payroll flow instance on the filename. Can someone help me on how to do this?

Also, the file format should be .ARP but the generated file is a text file. I tried putting Filename.ARP on the Output Name filed on the delivery options but the file is still .txt.

Please help.
