HBA shows online but luxadm shows not connected

I have a T3 server with two dual port HBA connected to Hitachi. My HBA shows online but luxadm -e port shows not connected. If I do luxadm -e forcelip device then in /var/adm/message, I notice link was reset, down and then up. My question is why is luxadm shows not connected. How do I make it become connected. The main issue is I don't see any disks that has been presented to the server. Thanks for your help.
