Hazelcast as a replacement for coherence

Hi all,

We have been encouraged to consider Hazelcast open source product as a replacement for Oracle, simply because of cost. It is true that if Coherence used a vanilla in-memory cache grid then Hazelcast may do the role. However, we also like to send data from Oracle DB in real time to Coherence. The new release of DB 12c plus Weblogic 12.c with GoldenGate and Coherence GoldenGate hotcache is supposed to provide a seamless solution. It would be difficult to have such a solution using different modules. Appreciate any comments on this.
