Having trouble upgrade perl on Oracle Linux 8

Receiving the following error when I try to upgrade perl:
Error:
Problem 1: package percona-toolkit-3.4.0-3.el8.x86_64 requires perl(Term::ReadKey), but none of the providers can be installed
