Have value displayed on bar graph output

I am using the 11.1.1.3 of OBIEE. I have a question about displaying graph values. Currently, if I create a horizontonal bar graph the values for each of the bars are only visible if I hover over the bar. Is there a way to display the actual value on the bar or some other method to display this value without having to hover.

What I am looking for is something like this:
