Harvest existing APIs

Hi All,

We are looking for a solution to harvest our existing APIs built in SOA Suite and OSB into a shared repository. In the past OER and API catalog was used to do this. I'm not sure if API Catalog is available any more. What is Oracle's strategic solution to do this now?
