I'm using Golden gate version:
Version 12.2.0.1.1 OGGCORE_12.2.0.1.0_PLATFORMS_151211.1401
Have the following EXTRACT parameter file

The database executes a switch Logfile every 30 minutes.
I have tried to reduce the BR BRINTERVAL to 20 Minutes, didn't help.
Now I have added parameter TRANLOGOPTIONS CHECKPOINTRETENTIONTIME 1 . This parameter should have deleted the transactions in the BR\PEX00001 folder after 24h, is this correct?
It didn't delete the file and the Extract keeps hanged.
The EXTRACT is in running status and I get Timeout error for operations like:
Send Extract PEX00001 showtrans
Stop PEX00001
Till now I can only recover Extract, by doing a Kill PEX00001 and Start again.
What parameter am I missing?
Can you please help me avoiding to daily have to manually do a kill and start of the extract?
