Handling different date formats

Hi Friends,

I'm trying to load the date columns with different formats,I'm getting error.Could you please advise how to load the inconsistent dates into the table.How canw e handle and loa multiple date formats.I appreciate your help in this regard.

ex:

4/5/20172017-22-05
4/5/20172017-22-05
6/4/2017

2017-23-04

Previously we are getting one date format now its get different date format.

to_date(date,'mm/dd/yyyy')
