Handheld device with CE 5, Cannot find 'dmagent' or one of its components

Dears,
I'm trying to install Oracle Lite client version 10.3.0.2.0 on a handheld device [zebex z-2060WL|http://www.zebex.com/product.technologies/product/handheld_computers/z-2060.htm] but trying to run any of the executables -- dmagent, mSync, etc -- I get the message "Cannot find '<exe name>' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."

I'm able to run the setup in Orace folder, after it asks me for URL, username, password, it just closes without catching what error it gives.

Also, the only version that could be installed was "Oracle Lite PPC2003 ARMV4" and the folder is created. If I tried to use "Oracle Lite PPC50 ARMV4I" the installation never continues on device and the folder Orace is never created.

I checked that device has .NET CE installed by running command 'cgacutil', and .NET is installed version 2.0.7045.0, I didn't install any java as it won't be used in development, VB .NET instead.

I'm using ActiveSync 4.5 on XP machine with SP3

I have found similar thread with same issue 536892 from two years on earlier version but I could not solve my issue.

Can someone help?
